Exploding Custard® ...the movie...
"Give people facts and you feed their minds for an hour. This 'performance' was filmed at Daresbury Laboratory, Cheshire, on 8th October 2006. There was an audince of around 250 (I think) local children and parents. Technically, it's no video masterpiece. I just fixed my camcorder in the only convenient position that captured the audience, the props, the projection screen and me ... and forgot about it. I just had to be careful I finished before the 60-minute tape ran out. It was a good-natured audience and the show went well. Because of the camera position, various quite subtle audience-interaction techniques may be noticed. Exploding Custard has been steadily evolving since 1990 and I present it dozens of times every year to a wide varienty of different audiences...
