in front of a distinguished audience of adult delegates at the Two
Cultures conference on 8th November 2001 at the National Museum of
Photography, Bradford. It was pretty risky, but successful. I followed
this up with a questions-and-answers session with the "grown-ups". "Symmetrical transactions" (A 'virtual', Internet-based discussion at the Museums and the Web Conference, Toronto, April 1998.) I prompted contributers to think radically about ways of using Web technology to enable exhibition visitors to "put something in" for other visitors to "take out".
