across a series of push-rods driven by a camshaft. The exhibit explains
the workings of cams and camshafts. By turning a hand wheel the camshaft
is set in motion and moves the ball from end to end and back again.
In the middle are several cams that the visitor can regulate. Only if
the cams are in the correct position can the ball be transported.
