Exploding Custard® ...in Moscow...
This short 30-seconds clip was professionally filmed during the official opening ceremony of the brand-new School of the Future, Moscow school no. 2030 in September 2007. Every Russian school begins each year with a ceremony, but this one was a very special event attended by Yuri Lushkov, the Mayor of Moscow. Although I speak a little bit of Russian, I needed help. The Powerpoint captions on the screen behind the stage helped a lot, but best of all was my translator, Dr. Sergey Lovyagin. He is a brilliant communicator and acknowledged as one of Russia's top Physics teachers.
